Project Details

The Richmond Street improvement project includes the complete removal and replacement of the current asphalt roadway. New sidewalks and curb & gutter will be installed. A new stormwater system is planned to better manage water runoff. The project is scheduled to begin construction in April 2026 and be completed mid-July 2026.

    Example Construction Update

    This week, the section of road between ___ and ____ was removed for stormwater system access. This section of road is expected to be closed from 4/15/2026 thru 4/28/2026.

  • Construction Begins

    Construction will begin April 10th and is expected to continue through mid-July.

    The road will be closed between Gordonshire Dr and Deerfield Street. Check back for updates as the project moves down the road!
