Algoma Township – Camp Lake
- An aging sanitary sewer system serves the Camp Lake community in Algoma Township.
- Original 4” cast iron sanitary sewer force main under the north end of the lake became visible in the shallow water.
- Concerns of a boat or anchor strike prompted its removal and replacement.
- A new HDPE force main was directionally drilled deep under the lake, and the old force main was pulled out.
