Moore & Bruggink Inc. is seeking an experienced Instrument Operator for their Survey Department to perform a variety of tasks associated with land surveying and civil engineering. The applicant must be responsible, highly motivated, and detail oriented. Duties will include assisting with construction staking, boundary, ALTA, right of way, municipal/private, and topographic surveys; utilizing the latest Leica Survey equipment and surveying technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Five years or more of experience in water and wastewater treatment engineering, with demonstrated expertise in process design, optimization, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and wastewater treatment modeling tools preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility for licensure preferred.
- Knowledge of sustainable water and wastewater treatment practices and emerging technologies is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Professional Civil Engineer to join our site development team. The position involves working primarily on private site development projects, including ordinance review, site layout design, storm water and soil erosion control management design, roadway design, and water and sewer systems design. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, clientele, and reviewing agencies.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Registered Professional Engineer: State of Michigan or state with reciprocity
Experience: 5 to 15 years in consulting engineering
Availability
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, normally 8 am to 5 pm with flexibility.
