MEMORANDUM (1 of 2)
TO: Our Valued Clients
FROM: M+B Board of Directors
DATE: March 25, 2020
SUBJECT: M+B Operations
M+B takes the safety of our employees and clients very seriously. Due to the COVID-19 Outbreak and the Governor’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” executive order, we wanted to communicate how we are handling this as a company to help maintain your critical operations, prevent the spread, and still perform to the high level of service you have come to expect from us. Our approach continues to evolve as more information becomes available.
Our tag line of “Creating Community” generally means we like to get out and shake hands, visit sites, and attend meetings in person. Per the Governor’s order, for the next three weeks, we have asked most of our staff to work remotely. We have the capability to do conference calls, web meetings, and other forms of remote meetings. We are happy to set these up on behalf of any clients that we have meetings with. We will also be cognizant of any client restrictions on in-person meetings. With that in mind, we understand that many of our services are key to you being able to maintain your critical operations per the direction of the Governor. We have provided our critical field staff and critical support staff letters to ensure that they have the ability to travel to/from the ongoing job sites and to/from our office if absolutely necessary. We ask that you provide us with an email, letter, or memorandum for our file to accompany our M+B letter.
Internally, although our physical office location is closed, we are set up to continue to deliver exceptional service. All project managers are able to work remotely, and are continuing to support our field staff such as surveyor and inspectors. Our critical field staff will conduct business with social distances in place, but will be where we are needed.
Thank you for your understanding as we continue to monitor and adjust to this fluid situation. We will continue to “Create Community” and deliver on projects and service, but for the next few weeks will ask for understanding as we have to adjust our methodology. If you have any questions, please contact your Project Manager or any of the company Officers.

DATE: March 27, 2020
SUBJECT: Moore+Bruggink Essential Personnel Listing
Moore+Bruggink, Inc., is a designated service provider for numerous municipalities and agencies working on critical infrastructure projects, and our continued operation in the field (including some office support staff) is necessary to support these functions. The employees listed below have been deemed essential to the ongoing operations of the critical business and are exempt from the Governor’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” executive order issued on March 23, 2020, which identifies Water and Wastewater and Public Works projects as necessary to sustain or protect life. Although many of our employees can work from home and have been asked to do so, certain positions cannot be performed from home and are necessary for Moore+Bruggink to fulfill our commitment to support ongoing critical infrastructure operations.
