Bob leads the firm as CEO. A civil engineering veteran, his experience includes: highway, urban and rural street design, wastewater collection and treatment systems, water systems, drainage projects, bridges, and railroad relocations. Steve began his engineering career with Moore & Bruggink in 1988 and over the past 28 years he has served in various leadership roles. He had served as Vice President since 2007 and was named President of the company in the fall of 2015. Steve has wide ranging engineering experience in all aspects of municipal engineering, and he serves as the municipal engineer for several municipalities. Steve is familiar with utility master planning, project financing, budget and water/sewer rate reviews, grants, bonds, and special assessment procedures. Steve is active in his church and has served on the school boards of Sylvan and Ada Christian schools. Steve attended Calvin College and graduated from the University of Michigan with Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in civil/structural engineering.
Brian leads the firm with extensive experience working on wastewater and water projects throughout Michigan and Indiana, including study, design, funding and grants, and construction engineering phases. The firm has won numerous National and State Awards for various projects at Moore & Bruggink that Mr. Hannon has led. He is a licensed Class B Wastewater Operator which helps bring real world experience to his designs. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. He has been active on the Executive Boards of the Michigan Water Environment Association and the Western Chapter of the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers, and has been the recipient of several professional awards.
Bill leads the firm's land development services from site selection and project conceptual design through the implementation and completion of both private and public facilities for commercial, industrial, and residential developments. He is also experienced in soils evaluations, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and land acquisition. He provides quality management and control on all site development projects, assures all work is performed in accordance with applicable specifications and standards, and manages the Survey Department.
